Tracy's mugshot

Well, here is another side character to get a mugshot. Only things I don't like about this one is his eyes and mouth on his face and the hand holding the notebook. Everything else is fine. If you think you could do it better, i would like to see it. If you plan on using, don't claim as your own but credit would be nice and if you plan on using it for a project, message me first for the details and I will send every sprite.
